At 2312 & Company, every order is more than a package—it’s a reflection of our gratitude for your support. Each candle, room spray, wax crumble, mug, and home fragrance product is thoughtfully prepared, carefully inspected, and packaged with care before it leaves our studio.

Our prayer is that when your order arrives, it brings warmth, peace, and purpose into your home.


Processing Time

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

During new product launches, holiday seasons, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If we anticipate a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.


Shipping Methods

We currently ship orders throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and are provided by the shipping carrier.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions or special shipping offers. When available, these promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your package has been scanned by the carrier.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to process orders quickly, once a package leaves our studio, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.

Weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these situations.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you discover an error, contact us immediately at 2312andcompany@gmail.com.

If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll gladly update the address whenever possible.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property.
  • Asking household members or neighbors.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you still need assistance, please contact us. We’ll gladly help you work with the carrier to locate your package whenever possible.


Damaged Packages

Every order is carefully inspected before shipment.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the packaging materials

We’ll review your claim promptly and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping

At this time, 2312 & Company ships within the United States only.
